Matthew Nastos is the CEO of Maison MRKT, a New York based agency specializing in customer acquisition and growth marketing. Maison MRKT has optimized customer acquisition campaigns for some of the best retailers and brands including Opening Ceremony, Carolina Herrera, Ulla Johnson, Mara Hoffman, Fivestory NY, DS & DURGA, HAVEN, LoveShackFancy, J. Lindeberg, and many more.

Matthew is a graduate of Cornell University’s Fiber Science and Apparel Design program and currently a member of the Entrepreneurship at Cornell Advisory Council. He has also served as a mentor to the CFDA's Incubator program and participated as an instructor to the FIT Design Entrepreneurs program.
Alexander (Lexi) Nastos is a leader in the field of performance marketing. As a Co-Founder of TRC, he is responsible for defining the digital marketing framework across all client campaigns. In this role, he delivers strategic cross-channel recommendations for a diverse client portfolio featuring an even mix of enterprise level conversion campaigns and lead generation activations.
Lexi’s area of expertise is in deploying full-funnel marketing campaigns through key performance channels such as Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, as well as programmatic display campaigns, with proficiency on several ad exchanges. As an executive at NY based agency Maison MRKT, he has managed a growing team of performance marketers while defining the agency's customer acquisition program with an emphasis on maximizing return on ad spend. He oversees 40+ client relationships and $25mm+ in annual ad spend.
