Founded by two digital marketing experts, Alexander [Thomas] and Matthew [Ray] Nastos, Thomas Ray Co. is a Tribeca, New York based agency servicing blockchain powered enterprises.

As a performance marketing partner, our objective is to provide a model for both attribution and optimization. Each Thomas Ray engagement delivers expertise and guidance from pre-ICO planning through crowdsale raises, and maturity.

Executive Team

Matt Nastos,

Co-Founder & CEO

Matt Nastos is Co-Founder and CEO of TRC, a NY based agency specializing in fintech digital marketing. Matt has been featured in the New York Times, I-D Magazine and WWD for his digital marketing work. Prior to starting TRC, Matt worked at ENK International where he launched B2B trade events in Beijing and Shanghai. Following ENK, Matt was the Brands Manager at Soho based startup The Cools, where he oversaw the rapid growth of their partnership & marketing programs. Matt is a graduate of Cornell University.

Lexi Nastos,

Co-Founder & CMO

Lexi Nastos is a leader in the field of performance marketing. As a Co-Founder of TRC, he is responsible for defining the digital marketing framework across all client campaigns. In this role, he delivers strategic cross-channel recommendations for a diverse client portfolio featuring an even mix of enterprise level conversion campaigns and lead generation activations.

Lexi’s area of expertise is in deploying full-funnel marketing campaigns.

Noah Fox,

Director of Business Development

Noah is the Director of Business Development at TRC. Previously Noah was an associate on the Strategic Advisor Team at Merrill Corporation, a financial technology company specializing in M&A due-diligence software and SEC reporting (IPO, High Yield Debt, Proxy Statements, Quarterly and Annual Reporting).


Tom Bowles

A recognized global leader, Tom has spent more than two decades designing and implementing machine learning and artificial intelligence systems. His experience encapsulates a number of key industry verticals, including finance, crypto-currencies, health, and social media.  He was the founder in residence and chief scientist at Founders Factory and Founders Forum. Academically, he holds an Oxford Degree in Maths and Computing , and PHD from Oxford in Clinical medicine, Oxford PostDoc and as a scientist at CERN developing machine learning and AI.He was one of the first people to utilise alternative data including social, satellite, news in strategies and pioneered using AI and machine learning.

Brent Dial

Brent brings broad corporate finance and management experience across both technology and consumer industries. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Brent served as Chief Financial Officer of the High End at Anheuser-Busch Inbev, scaling their high-growth craft beer and imports division through the integration of over $500M in acquisitions. Prior to this, Brent worked as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan and as a technology executive with TCOM, LP. Brent is a former Infantry Officer with the US Army. Brent holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from The United States Military Academy.

Maximillian Fox

Maximillian brings a deep knowledge of software development, project management, and startups. After graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Maximillian built an Underwriting platform for Old Republic Aerospace that was used to analyze risk and distribute Insurance to the entire Aviation Insurance industry. Maximillian then joined GoPro as an Applications Architect and Project manager. After GoPro’s IPO, Maximillian helped start two separate drone companies working as an R&D Engineer and Chief Pilot.
