As a performance marketing partner, our objective is to provide a model for both attribution and optimization.  Each Thomas Ray engagement delivers expertise and guidance from pre-ICO planning through crowdsale raises, and maturity.

Matthew Nastos

Matthew Nastos is Co-Founder and CEO of Thomas Ray Co., a NY based agency specializing in fintech digital marketing.  Matt has been featured in the New York TimesI-D Magazine  and WWD for his digital marketing work.  

Prior to starting Thomas Ray, Matt worked at ENK International where he launched B2B trade events in Beijing and Shanghai.  Following ENK, Matt was the Brands Manager at Soho based startup The Cools, where he oversaw the rapid growth of their partnership & marketing programs.                                                                                           
Matt is a graduate of Cornell University and currently a member of the Entrepreneurship at Cornell Advisory Council as well as a mentor to the CFDA's Incubator program.  Matt also serves as CEO of Maison MRKT, a B2C eCommerce digital marketing agency.

Lexi Nastos

Lexi Nastos is a leader in the field of performance marketing. As a Co-Founder of Thomas Ray, he is responsible for defining the digital marketing framework across all client campaigns. In this role, he delivers strategic cross-channel recommendations for a diverse client portfolio featuring an even mix of enterprise level conversion campaigns and lead generation activations.   

Lexi’s area of expertise is in deploying full-funnel marketing campaigns through key performance channels such as Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, as well as programmatic display campaigns, with proficiency on several ad exchanges.  

As an executive at NY based agency Maison MRKT, he has managed a growing team of performance marketers while defining the agency's customer acquisition program with an emphasis on maximizing return on ad spend. He oversees 40+ client relationships and $25mm+ in annual ad spend.  

A 2012 Cornell University graduate, Lexi is an avid runner, having competed for the Big Red and recently completing two NYC marathons, running for the Mt. Sinai Children's IBD Center.
